Hanno Stockholm: e-commerce design
Hanno Stockholm is the jewellery house of Sako Hanno, a master craftsman fueled by a lifelong passion for crafting exquisite fine jewelry. Our task was to create an online store that would showcase all the values and history of the business, providing users with a convenient and pleasant experience during such an important moment for them as choosing an engagement ring.
Our design strategy for Hanno was centered on crafting a delightful user experience while ensuring that the design addresses all potential inquiries users may have when selecting diamonds and jewellery.
1. UX Design for Desktop
We began by mapping out the user interface, designing middle fidelity wireframes that ensure a smooth and intuitive browsing experience tailored for desktop users.
2. UI Design & Content Style Selection
Our next step involved selecting a style of content that resonates with the Hanno brand. We curated mood boards and designed UI elements that reflect the minimalism, modesty, hand-craftsmanship and detailed approach of Hanno's work.
3. Mobile Adaptation & Microanimations
We focused on mobile responsiveness, creating a seamless transition between desktop and mobile platforms. Microanimations were incorporated to enhance user engagement and highlight key interactions.
As a result, we have come up with a site where the time on which passes imperceptibly, and the process of choosing a ring in pleasure. Explore the site here.
